Chubby's is one of the oldest and best Mexican restaurants in Denver. Their recent upgrade has made it easier and more enjoyable. Great food, great people and a much improved atmosphere.
I love this restaurant. I go there several times a month. The chili cheese fries are absolutely amazing. I have stopped going anywhere else for green chili burritos or even hamburgers. This place is my absolute favorite restaurant in all of Denver. I grew up in Denver. This is the last real Denver restaurant.
Double mexican hamburger and chili cheese fries is our go to....... We have been eating here for years. My daughter was thrilled when she saw me holding it for her after she got off the plane for a visit home from college. To say she scarfed it down would be an understatement. Thanks as always, and yum!
Love eating here. If you want spice their green chili is for you. Staff is always great and willing to help you. There is a no tolerance there so that them how you want to be treated.
I've been coming to Chubby's for almost 30 years and don't plan on stopping. The food is great, people are friendly and the chilli is the best flavor representing the Mile High City.
Love going here specifically for their chili fries the best, Chilli is hot n flavorful. Order online to avoid the line. It gets long. It’s worth every min.had to update went back for Mexican hamburger and fell in love wow so good and flavorful, they been my favorite for over 15 years now
I was surprised that my order wasn't messed up. They usually get something wrong. It is expensive but the food was good. We sat inside and it was comfortable, clean and busy.
The food here is an absolute guilty pleasure. Lots of calories check ✔️ Carbs galore check ✔️ You can hear your arteries clogging and you don't care......it's just plain good fun food.
They only have one type of chili for your smothered burrito and it was pretty spicy but it was still good. I only used just a little bit.
The food here is absolutely amazing. I love the spice and flavor in everything they make here. The place is family owned with a lot of love and history behind this business. There were a ton of people here and always is - for good reason - it's got the best food! The lines go quickly though and because their food and homemade deliciousness you don't mind waiting a little bit for fantastic food. Ryan and ate our burritos on our walk to the light rail and sadly didn't get any photos of the food on this visit. But we will be back soon enough and I'll remember to take plenty of photos showing you this amazing goodness that they have here!
